T-SHIRT DESIGN CONTEST
You are invited to design the artwork for the Seat Belt Challenge T-shirt. The winning design will be printed on the t-shirts given to all seat belt challenge participants, and cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 entries.

Design Instructions
Artwork must be designed to promote
the Seat Belt Challenge and seat belt use in general. Designs should include a
seat belt and reference to the challenge.
- Create a single color design that will fit on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper.
- All other aspects are open to the artist’s interpretation.
Judging Criteria
- Effectiveness in promoting the seat belt challenge
- Creativity, imagination and originality
- Neatness, presentation and overall appearance
Awards
- 1st place - $100.00
- 2nd place - $ 75.00
- 3rd place - $ 50.00
The 1st place design will
be printed on this year's seat belt challenge t-shirt.
